Janet Lynn Henderson is an entertainer in Tucson, Arizona, and appears at special events ranging from corporate parties and trade shows for Fortune 500 companies, to grand openings, fundraisers, and private parties. Her colorful characters interact with partygoers, dazzling them with a unique style of quick-witted entertainment guaranteeing an unforgettable experience.

Janet got her start on the stage in San Diego, California, and now delights her audiences in Tucson, Arizona, with raving reviews from critics. She is classically trained in voice and acting and sings in a wide range, including folk songs, old rock and roll, musicals, and jazz standards.

Janet studied acting at Pima college with C. Barclay Goldsmith, the founder of Borderlands theater, and theatrical makeup with Susan Woodward, former head makeup artist for the Arizona Opera Company. She studied voice with Korby Myrick, the premier Mezzo-Soprano of Tucson.

Janet recently performed at the Temple of Music and Art in Tucson as Jeanette A. Burmeister, the gravel voiced accompanist for the boys in "The Full Monty" and has played the roles of Mother Superior in "Lillies of the Field", Berthe in "Pippin", Tessie Tura in "Gypsy" and many others.

Janet got her start doing wild and zany characters by doing face-painting and balloon art as Mrs. Santa Claus for company parties at the Rio Rico and La Paloma resorts, and progressed to entertaining executives and birthday party guests as Mae West, Daisy June the country girl, Madame Magda-mysterious gypsy fortune-teller and Zelda the bag lady. Fanny the clown makes regular appearances at private birthday parties and corporate events too, such as the Lear Jet, Raytheon, and AOL company picnics.
